The UAE's construction sector is expanding faster than almost any other part of the economy, and that growth carries a problem the industry has never fully solved: projects that run over budget, behind schedule, or both. Artificial intelligence is now being tested as part of the answer, not as a replacement for site managers and quantity surveyors, but as a way to flag delays and cost drift weeks before a progress meeting would.
