Deduplicate
Every scraped job is checked against your existing log. Duplicates are silently removed, the same role never appears twice.
Log all raw jobs
Every unique job is written to your master Google Sheet: title, company, URL, location, posting date.
Phase 2: Filter
Geography filter
You define target locations (for example Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Remote UAE). Only jobs matching your geographies pass through.
Classify: easy apply vs. non-easy apply
Jobs are split automatically. Easy Apply (LinkedIn-native) goes to one queue. Non-Easy Apply (external ATS forms) goes to a separate Google Sheet.
Phase 3: Score and prioritize
Non-easy apply: email digest to you
All non-easy-apply jobs are compiled into a clean daily email: title, company, location, direct link. You review and mark which ones to pursue.
Easy apply: GPT rubric matching
Easy Apply jobs run through your custom rubric, criteria you define once (role fit, seniority, industry, skills). GPT scores each job and logs only the matches.
Tier classification
Matched jobs are sorted into three tiers: Tier 1 (strong match, apply now), Tier 2 (good fit, apply if time allows), Tier 3 (borderline, review manually).
